For new lawns, adding a layer of topsoil will help the seeds to germinate quicker and more successfully, helping you to achieve your desired grassed area as soon as possible.

TOP TIP:

It’s recommended to use 2-3 inches of topsoil to encourage new gardens to flourish and can further be used for lawn repairs where the grass has died. Its easy to apply, using gloves and garden shovel.
